Online reviews can be very mixed. Do you trust patient feedback when choosing a dental clinic, or do you rely more on official accreditations and personal recommendations?

That's a great question. For me, reviews are everything when it comes to something as personal as a dentist. I need to know about the bedside manner and if they're gentle, not just if they're technically good.
It's kind of like how I look for sneaker deals online. I'll read a ton of reviews to see if they're actually comfortable for wide feet or if they run small before I ever click 'buy'. Does anyone else use reviews for totally different things in the same way, or is it just me?
